NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Town of Henniker, New Hampshire

The Henniker Select Board, acting as the Town's Franchising Authority pursuant to RSA Chapter 53-C:3-a, will hold a public hearing on a proposed renewal Cable Television Franchise Agreement between the Town of Henniker and Comcast of Maine/New Hampshire, Inc. State law requires a municipality to hold a duly noticed public hearing before granting or renewing a cable television franchise.

Time: 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments and consider approval of a proposed renewal Cable Television Franchise Agreement authorizing Comcast of Maine/New Hampshire, Inc. to construct, operate, and maintain a cable television system within the Town of Henniker and its public rights-of-way. The proposed franchise term is August 5, 2026 through August 4, 2036.  

Copies of the proposed Franchise Agreement are available for public inspection at the Henniker Town Administrator's Office during normal business hours or see attachment below.
