A Note About Requests to Appear Before Selectmen

Unless there is an emergency, all requests need to be furnished to the Town Administrator no later than Noon on the Thursday prior to the Board Meeting. Board Meetings are typically held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 6:15 PM at Town Hall. Please check the Meeting Calendar for a schedule of upcoming meetings.

A Note About RSA 91-A | Right-to-Know Law

The policy of the Henniker Board of Selectmen is to comply fully with NH RSA 91-A, the Right-To-Know Law. To supply the most accurate information available in our records, to comply with the law, and to permit our normal office work to proceed effectively, we ask that certain requests for information be made on the attached form.

State law allows five (5) business days for making available records that can legally be supplied. The office staff will make every effort to meet requests in a shorter time, and will telephone the applicant when materials are ready. Photocopies of any materials are $0.50 per page.

It should be noted that meeting requests for information does not include new compilation of data nor assembling information in a format unavailable in existing records.
