On March 14, 2026, the legislative body voted to adopt the provisions of RSA 261:153 VI, authorizing the Town to levy a $5.00 Municipal Transportation Improvement Fee on each motor vehicle registration, and pursuant to RSA 35:1 VI, to establish the ‘Municipal Transportation Improvement Fund.’ This will take effect on July 1, 2026.
