Board of Selectmen

About

The Town of Henniker operates under a Board of Selectmen form of government. The five member board is elected at town meeting, each term for a three-year period. The Board of Selectmen is the governing body responsible for establishing town policies. The citizens are known as the legislative body. The Town Administrator is appointed by the Board of Selectmen to be responsible for supervising and conducting the day-to-day operations of the town and to carry out the policies established by the Board of Selectmen.
