Opening a business in Henniker.  Who do I talk to? 

Mark Fougere, the Town Planner, can meet with you to review the Zoning Ordinance and Site Plan Regulations.  Thursdays are the best time for an appointment.  If it is necessary to come before the Planning or Zoning Board, Mark will help you through the process.  To make an appointment, contact Nicole Gage at (603) 428-3221 x1 or email landuse@henniker.org.

I'm ready to change or add-on to my current business.  What does the Town need to know?

Where can get an application to come before the Planning or Zoning Board?

All applications are available HERE, or you can stop by Town Hall to pick one up (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm)
