The Town of Henniker, acting through its Solid Waste Facility, is accepting sealed bids from responsible, responsive, and qualified parties for the purchase of one 85-cubic yard closed top steel push-out solid waste transfer trailer for the Solid Waste Facility. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Henniker Selectmen’s Office, 18 Depot Hill Road, Henniker, NH 03242.
Sealed bids, marked clearly “Push Out Trailer” on outside of envelope, must be submitted on or before 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at the Henniker Town Hall, 18 Depot Hill Road, Henniker NH 03242 at which time the bids will be opened and read out loud. All bidders must complete all paper work and show proof of I.S.O. 9001 Certification. All bids must be submitted on the bid form supplied.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the Town.
