ONLY PLACE ITEMS THAT ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER (No Junk).
Any large or questionable items check with Attendants before placing them in the Swap Shop. Swap shop is for Henniker residents ONLY! No exceptions. This is your Swap Shop so please keep it neat & clean.
ALL LOADS MUST BE CHECKED BY ATTENDANT PRIOR TO DISPOSAL.
In addition to the above items, we recycle the following:
Metal (including coated wire)
Household Motor Oil (No gas, water, or antifreeze contamination! Save contaminated oil for Household Hazardous Waste Day.)
Clean Tin (Cans, Tin Foil)
Glass & Porcelain items (No metal or plastic contamination)
Good, used Clothing in bags or boxes (shoes included).
Plastics # 1 & #2 (Such as gallon water jugs, milk jugs, laundry detergent bottles; soda and some smaller water bottles)
Newspapers - tied, boxed or bagged (includes glossy newspaper inserts)
Other Paper tied, boxed or bagged (includes magazines, junk mail, writing paper, envelopes w/ windows, etc.)
Cardboard (includes cardboard boxes, milk cartons, 6-pack cartons & paper towel roles, cereal boxes, etc.)
