When:         Saturday September 20, 2008  9:00am - 1:00pm

Where:       Henniker Highway Department

 

How do I get there:    Route 114 South; left in center of town; next right onto Ramsdell Road; next left into Highway Department yard.

 

Who can deposit materials:   All residents of Henniker, Hopkinton, Bradford, Sutton, Webster  WHO CAN PROVIDE PROOF THAT THEY RESIDE IN ONE OF THESE COMMUNITIES.

Stains & Varnishes Fungicides, Weed Killers
Wood Preservatives (except Penta) *no more than 10 gallons*
Paint Strippers / Thinners  
Solvent Adhesives From the House
*no more than 10 gallons* Rubber Cement
From the Garage Airplane Glue
Fuels/Gasoline/Kerosene Chemistry Sets
Engine Degreaser Furniture Polish
Brake/Transmission fluid Floor & Metal Polish
Driveway Sealer Oven Cleaner
Motor Oil, Antifreeze and Car Batteries Drain & Toiler Cleaner
*no more than 10 gallons* Rug & Upholstery Cleaner
  Hobby & Artist Supplies
  Photographic Chemicals
  Mercury Thermometers
  Rechargeable Batteries
  Fluorescent Bulbs
  *no more than 10 gallons*

 

Residents can bring up to 10 gallons or 20 pounds (maximum container size 5 gallons) in a BOX, not a bag, to the collection site for safe disposal.  We have the right to refuse service.  Decisions to accept or reject materials will be made on site.

Empty Aerosol Containers Propane Tanks
Commercial or Industrial Waste Infectious or Biological Wastes
Radioactive Waste, Smoke Detectors Penta Brand Wood Preservatives
Pesticides containing 2, 4, 5-T, Silvex Ammunition, Fireworks, Explosives
Railroad Ties and Household Batteries Prescription Medicines, Syringes
Household Alkaline Batteries
