Come and sign up for Martial Arts Class on Friday, September 16^th

at the Henniker Teen Center from 6-7:30 pm.

What: Taekwondo Classes with RTH Martial Arts & Wellness of Weare for 5th through 9th graders

When: Tuesdays, September 20 to December 13, 2011 ~ 3:30 - 4:30 pm (12 weeks)

Cost: $180 (includes t-shirt and belt)

Students will learn the Taekwondo basics of kicks, punches, blocks, stances, patterned forms, sparring and basic

self defense techniques, overall conditioning, manners, customs and courtesies. Throughout this training, focus

will be on developing the following ideals that every person needs to possess to become a happy, productive

member of society: physical fitness, self control, focus, respect, confidence, honesty, courage, contribution,

positive outlook, responsibility, and perseverance.

It is not too late to sign up for Dance Classes!

When: 
Thursdays beginning September 15th.

3:30 to 4:15 pm - Creative Movement Class for ages 4 & 5 - $12 per class

4:30 to 6:00pm - Ballet & Jazz Combo class for grades 1st through 4th - $18 per week

Fridays beginning September 16th

3:30 to 4:30pm - Hip Hop for grades 5th & 6th - Cost per class $15

5:00 to 6:00pm - Hip Hop for grades 7th & 8th - Cost per class $15 (Stop by the Teen Center after to hang with

friends in a space made just for you! See below for details.)

You Should Be Dancin Studio classes are taught by a local instructor, Corinne Pociask. Classes run for 8 week

sessions with payment in full. If child continues the sessions throughout the year, they will perform in a recital

in the spring.

Henniker Teen Center Open On Friday Nights 6-9 pm!
The teen center is open to students in grades 7^th – 9^th.
Come play Wii, pool, card games, air hockey or just hang out with friends.  It is a closed door policy (teens cannot leave until a parent picks them up).  For questions please contact Shannon Camara at camaras70@yahoo.com.  Be sure to pass the word along and bring your friends!
