The Community Center Activities Committee & and RTH Martial Arts & Wellness is offering

Taekwondo Classes
at the Henniker Community Center, 57 Main St., Henniker NH
12-week instructional program

Tuesdays, September 20 to December 13, 2011

(no class on Wednesday November 23rd)
for children in 5^th through 9th grade

3:30 - 4:30 pm

Cost $180 (includes t-shirt and belt)  

Students will learn Taekwondo basics of kicks, punches, blocks, stances, patterned forms, sparring and basic

self defense techniques, overall conditioning; manners, customs and courtesies.  Throughout this training,

focus will be on developing the following ideals that every person needs to possess to become a

happy, productive member of society: physical fitness, self control, focus, respect, confidence, honesty,

courage, contribution, positive outlook, responsibility, and perseverance.
