OCTOBER 21, 2010: The town wide property revaluation is almost complete. As stated in the letters mailed out this week, which show your new property value:
"You may call Vision Appraisal toll free at 1-888-844-4300 through October 28th 2010 between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, should you desire an appointment for an informal hearing with a Vision Appraisal representative. Hearings will start October 25th. During the informal hearing, topics of discussion can include: 1) explanations of the valuation and information on the property record card; 2) market data used to determine indications of value; 3) pertinent information you wish to be considered.
If you are unable to attend a hearing, you may submit any evidence in writing prior to November 3, 2010 to request a review of your value to:
