REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

HEALTH INSURANCE

The Town of Henniker, New Hampshire seeks proposals from qualified health insurance providers for health insurance coverage.

Proposal Instructions: Two copies of the proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Board of Selectmen’s Office, 18 Depot Hill Road, Henniker, NH 03242. Proposals must be received at the above address no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, November 15, 2010. Proposals will be opened at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 and will be taken under advisement at that time until further review by the Town of Henniker. Proposal prices must be effective for the period from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
