The town's Director of Human Services can be reached by calling and leaving a voice message.  She will return your call and, if necessary, schedule an appointment to meet with you.  Meetings with the Director are available only by pre-arranged appointment and typically take place on Saturdays at Town Hall.  Application packets are available at Town Hall during normal business hours
