BUILDING CONSTRUCTION FEES

~ 25‑1. Fees.
A. The following fee list is adopted for the purpose of establishing fees for services of the Henniker Building Department.1
B. Building permit fees will be based on total calculated square footage of usable area to include garages, breezeways
and storage areas. Permit fees for new dwellings already include all fees for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.

Any construction started without a permit is subject to a fine of $50.
